Agreement to Terms
By submitting a courier service request through this website, you (”Customer”) enter into a legally binding contract with Bound Logistics Inc. (”Company”) for courier services under the laws of the United States. This constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service.
Service Contract and Debt Creation
Your service request creates a contractual obligation for courier services and establishes a debt owed to Bound Logistics Inc. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are legally liable for payment of all charges associated with the requested services under United States law.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full within fifteen (15) days from the invoice date, unless stated in a contract we have with your company.
- Invoices are issued upon service completion at the Company’s discretion
- Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges
- Customer remains liable for all collection costs and legal fees
Service Authorization
By using our online service request system, you confirm that you:
- Have the authority to create this financial obligation
- Accept responsibility for all charges incurred
- Agree to the binding nature of this service contract
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by United States law and the laws of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, TN.
